Only defective pairs are returnable. The right size should be expressly stated during purchase as we would not be responsible for replacing the wrong size for any customer, except the mistake of sending the wrong size came from us. Customer complaints indicative of our own mistake should be communicated within 24 hours of receiving the package. The package should be returned back to us within 1-2 business days for the processing of a replacement by us. Replacement will be sorted within 4-5 business days.
