RETURN & REFUND POLICY
A faulty device on arrival should be communicated to the company within 24 hours of arrival. It should be returned within 3 days of purchase after the fault has been communicated, so as to enable replacement within 7 days of return. The customer will not be charged delivery fee for the replacement. The company won't be responsible for the replacement of a device that gets damaged due to careless handling by the customer.
